He was originally from Medford, MA and while at Westover, he lived in Granby, MA. When last seen he was being shipped out to Vietnam. Fortunately, no POW/ MIA/ KIA records have been found for him. His name was Charles W. Hughes best known as Charlie. He drove over a mine bomb. He was a PFC army. He was killed july 14, 1969. I was 7 months old when he was killed. We never had the chance to have a relationship. I had to grow up with out him. Therefore, I am trying to get all the info.and photos I can of him. I have one photo but it is small and faded. I never knew him but would like to hear about him. He was an E-5 SGT in the Army. His major organization was the 101st Abn Div, he was from Charleston, West Virginia.
