I am trying to find out some info about my Uncle, PFC Patrick Bierlein. He unfortunately became a casualty of war at Quang Tri on 12 April 1968. Would like to correspond with anyone that knew him prior to that time. Thank you.

82nd Airborne-Delta Recon Survivors

Hi. I am looking to find anyone who might have served with my fiance' Kim Spillman in Vietnam between 1966 to his release in 1969. He flew Med-Vac for the 82nd Airborne-Delta Recon Div. I need to see if there is anyone out there who might remember him. He told me he used to train and work out with the weights with some of the guys when they were at base. Guess what he still trains with weights and looks great. Vietnam is a part of his life that I don't and will never completely understand. However I love him and would love for him to have someone to talk to that remembers and was there with him. He doesnt have any close friends. "I" am his one and only best friend. Any replys would be appreciated. I will respond to all. Thank you so much for taking the time :)

Information on Kenneth Lee Boykin 101st Airborne

I would like to correspond with anyone who has any information or pictures of SGT. Kenneth Lee Boykin. He was stationed at Fort Cambell Kentucky before shipping out to Quang Tri, South VietNam on 2-8-71. He was killed under Hostile fire on Thursday, March 3, 1971. I was only 2 year's old at the time and would love to get to know something more about him.

The wall was designed by an architect by the name of Maya Ying Lin. She was of Asian descent.She submitted her design to a competition held by the VietNam Veterans Memorial Fund, in 1981.She was only 21 years old.The memorial was concevied by Jan C. Scruggs, a 31 year old former infantryman who saw combat in VietNam. He raised some $7million-money from corporations and Veterans organizations and various other Americans.The Wall was dedicated on Veterans day 1982.
