Ruth  Bensen Thankful American A Prayer to the Patriots To lay down life for love on one's country, true patriotism. I pray to you, Holy God, that this soldier may rest in your Majesty as he has fought his war physically and spiritually here on earth. Now I thank you that he no longer bears the hurt that the world brings to those in it, and that he feels no distress or pain in your Heavenly Kingdom. As his wars are over here on earth, he may reap the benefits of his faith and dedication to you. Amen. Aug 1, 2012 |

David Moshier djmoshier@hotmail.com Classmate & Friend in Sisseton, SD 3005 N. Serenity Drive Watertown SD 7201 Codington Sisseton High School Class of 1963 Gave One Of Its' Best
Gerald (Jerry) and I attended the Sisseton, South Dakota public school system together. We graduated in May 1963 from Sisseton High School.
During high school, he participated in Football, basketball, track, cross country, intramural. He was a perfect gentleman to all his classmates and neighbors during all the years I knew him. He loved his country to the upmost and ended up giving his life in protecting our freedoms and his country’s policy.
Herbert Hoover once said “Older men war. But it’s the youth who must fight and die”
All of his Sisseton High School classmates miss Jerry and appreciate his ultimate sacrifice for our country's policy. We know he is with the Lord in heaven. David J. Moshier Dec 18, 2009 |
