Tammi  Royales tjroyales@yahoo.com NONE Santee CA 92071 USA I have a bracelet as well.... I look at this bracelet every day as I have it sitting on my desk at work. Working with a local school going to Washington DC, I will be having his name etched from the wall and frame it. He left as I was being born and I know that every year I get older, it is a year that his family has been without him. I am grateful his remains were found on 10/28/2000 and his family was able to put him to rest. God Bless and know you will never be forgotten by me or the others on this site. Apr 6, 2011 |

Cathy Jones jones@cybermatsa.com.mx I, too, wore a bracelet bearing Maj. Claxton's name all through high school. Recently in discussing the Iraq war with my daughter, I explained the Vietnam War and went searching through my keepsakes. I found it and logging onto this site, hoped I would not find his name. Thank you for your sacrifice. Wednesday, January 05, 2005 |

Michelle Tolone MichTolone@aol.com No relation 143 Corona Ave. Long Beach, CA 90803 USA Maj. Charles Claxton I also have a bracelet with Maj. Charles Claxton's name. I am happy that I can at least try in some way to contact the family to return the bracelet. I wore it religiously for about 3 years when I got it.Even getting in trouble at school because I would not take it off for P.E. I finally did take it off but not without ceremoniously putting it in my jewelry box that I have had with me wherever life has taken me since. I would like to know more about him and his family. I hope this message and the bracelet one day finds its way to a family member. Monday, July 02, 2001 |
