I think about Delbert all the time.
I wore his braclet 4th and 5th grade. He was importaint to me and became more important when my son fought in Iraq. I am 49 years old now and still he was an importaint person in my life even if I never met him. My son made it back. God blesss his family. My prayers are with you.

God Bless You Always
I got my MIA bracelet when I was in the 8th grade in 1972 with Delbert Peterson's name engraved on it. I wear this bracelet every March the 9th in honor of a man I never met who sacrificed his all for us. Right now my prayers go out to all of his family as I know they miss him. He was a handsome man too with a kindness in his eyes. God bless you always!!!

My father, a vietnam veteran, wore Maj. Peterson's bracelet until he retired from the Air Force. Now I wear it. I am a 30 year old member of the Air National Guard. I took this picture of his name on the Wall in 1992.

Thank You
I wore for many years and still have the bracelet commemorating this brave American. It is wonderful to have this place to pay tribute to a man I have thought of and prayed for for over 35 years. Thank you Delbert and God Bless you.
