Milton Pittman mpittman53@aol.com Fellow Marine Carson, Ca., 90746, USA The baby pictures Sgt., Brown was killed, on operation orange, he was hit, when he stood up the evacuate the perimeter, set up to retrieve, Sgt., Owense's body off, the barbed wire. He fell forward and dropped the baby pictures, he had recieved from home, his child had, been born. He was, a proud father. One sad thing after another, the day before he was hit, he had written a letter home, which meant, that the final letter from him to his wife, would come after the telegram informing them, he was gone. He was not alone, the day, he gave his all. Along with him were 16, others, who also, gave there lives. Along with myself, about 40, others, were also wounded, that day. April 02, 1966.
