I have not forgotten you Terry, you are on my mind frequently with all the war in the world today. But I thank you and am very "proud" you tried to keep our country safe. I remember the night you called me and told me you were leaving in the morning for boot camp,I cried for days because I couldn't see you before you left. My brother was also in Viet Nam at the time too, so it was hard for me to understand why the ones I loved had to leave. But now that I am older I understand.you will be in my prayers always Terry.

Just wanted to let you know I am thinking of you on this veterans day. just got back from the hospital where my husband had disc surgery. He was in the AF for 21 yrs and I am very proud of what he did and the sacrifice you gave for our country. God bless you Terry, you are still in my thoughts and in my prayers.

Sorry that SP4 Sanders and thousands of other fine vets like him never had the chance to grow old and enjoy the precious freedom they paid so dearly for. Our birth dates are very close, although we were born 1,500 miles apart. Seems like yesterday we were kids watching Howdy Doody, then came the so called "Police Action." You're my classmates and childhood playmates. Forever will I recall you as the bright-eyed, peach-face teenagers that gave everything they had to an ungrateful nation. You were my heroes then and my heroes now!
