Rebecca  Simpson becki.simpson@hotmail.com Meant through his loving family P.O. Box 622 Washington PA 15301 USA One May Depart, But Their Spirit Lives On Forever!!! 'But I would not have you be ignorant, brethern, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which asleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice, of the Archangel, and with the trump of God:and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air:and so shall we be forever with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.'

Mike  Jones lived down the street from Bob A TRUE HERO I knew two fallen soldiers of this war.....Bob was one of them . I paused for some time at his name and his smile . I thought, too, of all the people I've known that went to Vietnam (myself being one of them) and 'only' two that didn't make it home. It brings a new appreciation for life - just to think of those whose lives were cut so short. I think of the agony for Bob's mother, father and brother it hurts me yet today. I remember 1968 and the news my parents called of Bob's death - - the fear that grips any young boy whose eligable for the draft. Not a pleasant time with the 'armchair war'. We all recover, but never completely.
