I thank you, for Giving All. One reason, this country is so great, is, because of the brave men, who are willing to give their all, for this country. You are still missed, but not forgotten.

Bob was, a fine man and excellent Officer, in the United States, Army. Robert S. Byrnes, didn't know you were called Scottie, in high school. Bob and I, were Tactical Officers, in the OCS., program, at Fort Sill, OK.. Bob was, a fine man and excellent Officer, in the United States, Army. Remember pogie bait, spit shined floors, dress blues and a light coat of oil, as your grandfather would say, to us. Bob was Just married, to a beautiful woman, on his R & R. Bob had, a great father and mother and brother. Bob's father, put his Lt., bars, on him, very fine day for all, of us. I read in the Stars and Stripes, of his passing. I think, of him and see and talk with him, each November, in D.C., when The "bonnierats reunion," each year. Bob, you're missed greatly, but will, never be forgotten. We will see each other, again and catch up. Until then, "Don't mean nothing." Brotherly, OCS., 20/66. Wayne "Range6," Tubaugh, Maj., Gen., Ret.

Thank You
visited the wall, with my 3, oldest children. My father new you, as Bob Byrnes, in Carmichael, Ca.. He had all, but good thing's to say about you, as when I was younger, we would go to La Sierra, High School, Memorial, just to hear, about you. My father sure missed you, he would tell us all this is why, we are free and what a great guy, you are. I know it has been, 40, year's, Now my children will know about you, they will know why we are free. I just only wish, I could have the honor to shake, your hand and thank you. I haven't lost anyone, in this war and I've seen the wall before, with my father, but it still moved me, to tears. Every name on that enormous wall, is a tragedy. To think, of the war and the human cost, of any war... I'm glad that my children, got to see the wall and see your name, they are beginning to understand that war, isn't all about GI., Joes and fancy weapons... there is a real price, to be paid and lives, are lost. As your father would tell us, go out and shake a vet's., hand, tell them "thank you and welcome home." Thank you, all soldiers, no matter what you do.
